$150 initial payment. $50 for each additional month remaining in the program. Jeff will become your full time nutrition guru. Sit down with him and discuss your current eating habits, and he will advise you on how best to proceed. Text him any questions you have while out to dinner or food shopping so that you make informed decisions. He will also give you advice concerning supplements and what you should, or should not be taking.
