     Z Health and Fitness was established with the goal of helping people to achieve their weight loss goals and make positive changes in their lives.  Owner and lead trainer Jeff Zangwill was overweight during his childhood and teenage years. As a result, he spent many years trying to lose weight.
     Over 15 years of trial and error with exercise and nutrition, paired with studying exercise science, kinesiology, and corrective training methods, Jeff can help any client to achieve even the most challenging fitness goal!
